Veerash Srikison is IMC for Peace and Family program leader of South Africa. She is working with IMC on certain research projects including “Making Peace with Faith”, a seminar with the purpose to recognize our biases about religion and culture, to make peace with religion and the traumas they may have caused in the past.

She is also the founder and lead trainer for Fair Practice (fairpractice.co.za), a dispute resolution services organisation based in Johannesburg. She has graduated from the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa (AFSA – University of Pretoria) in Alternate Dispute Resolution, and she is also a Harvard trained mediator and negotiator. She has trained over 350 professionals from all sectors, including presiding officers of the Bar Council and she is the South African representative for ADR ODR International, a global network of accomplished mediators representing their countries from around the world.
